To up my level of comics knowledge in preparation for the podcast, I’m reading Vol. 1 of Akira, as demanded by the Bent One (under threat of being cruelly noogied to death). The art, at least, is so far kicking my shriveled old ass. (Well, not _very_ shriveled.)
